RCA always needs volunteers! Please see "Projects" on this website for current committees. Or start a new committee! We also need funds. Please see "Fundraising" on this website for how you can help. We are an all-volunteer organization without an ongoing source of funds.

Reston Citizens Association needs your financial help! RCA is an organization totally run by volunteers. We actively promote and protect Reston's founding ideals. This past year our efforts have focused on development relating to Metrorail's Silver line, restoring bus services, and defending wetlands. Our Reston 2020 Committee is a critical player in the Reston Master Plan Special Task Force.

We assess no dues, but our administrative expenses to support our advocacy efforts are growing. We cannot simply ask our volunteers to continue to spend their own money to keep the organization running. RCA's efforts are important to your community and they should be important to you. Please help us get ready to focus on what needs to be done in 2011. The opportunities for service to the community are many. Please mail a check made payable to RCA to P.O. Box 2851, Reston VA 20195. No matter how small your contribution, it will help us. RCA is a 501(c)(4) organization: donations are not tax deductible.

RCA's sole source of revenue used to be the Reston annual Festival at Lake Anne. Now, our sole source of revenue is donations such as yours. Thank you.
