RCA is currently ollecting 450 license registrations, the number of registrations the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles requires in order to make up the Reston specialty autolicense plates. Your form and payment will be safeguarded by RCA and turned over to the Department of Motor Vehicles once the required 450 registrations are received.
